    ReneSola Ltd. today announced that in December, 2021, The Company closed on the sale of 37 MW of solar projects located in Poland to Obton. The 37 MW portfolio is in addition to the 38 MW sale to Obton announced in July 2021, for a combined total of 75 MWs.

    Recurrent Energy Signs Agreement to Sell 150 MW Virginia Solar Project to Appalachian Power

    Recurrent Energy, LLC has completed a purchase and sale agreement with Appalachian Power for Recurrent's Firefly Energy solar project located in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. With a capacity of 150 MWac, the Firefly project will be Appalachian Power's largest solar energy acquisition to date and will help the utility meet its clean energy requirements under the Virginia Clean Economy Act (VCEA).

    JinkoSolar Wins 1.85 GW PV Modules Order from CNPC

    JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. today announced it has won a tender offered by CPECC (China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation), which is CNPC's (China National Petroleum Corporation) affiliated company specializing in project engineering and construction, for up to 1.85GW of its high efficiency solar modules. This is the largest-ever solar module procurement by CNPC. The modules are scheduled to be delivered during 2022 to support CNPC's solar development pipeline in China.

    Enphase Energy Completes Acquisition of ClipperCreek

    Enphase Energy, Inc. today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of ClipperCreek. Based in Auburn, Calif., ClipperCreek offers electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for residential and commercial customers in the U.S. ClipperCreek has been a pioneer in the EV charging market since 2006 and has sold more than 110,000 Level 2 AC charging stations since its inception.

    Enlight and Sungrow Signed Agreement to Supply 430 MWh Energy Storage System in Israel

    Sungrow and Enlight Renewable Energy announced today a joint agreement which in that Sungrow will supply Enlight with 430 MWh of its flagship liquid cooled energy storage system (ESS). The contract is the largest ESS agreement signed to date in Israel, bolstering the country's energy transition and marking a massive scale-up in installations for the newly launched system.
